Lab Work Bench

Lab Work Bench are suitable for all the Laboratory consists of assembly of combination of storage modules with drawers & shutters or only shutter with shelf inside and Tops of selected material. The main features of the lab work bench are as under:

Table Top : Made of Jet Black Granite, Stainless Steel, or any special surface selected for durability and chemical resistance.

Table Frame : Constructed from high-quality square steel tubes with an epoxy powder-coated finish for strength and corrosion resistance.

Under Bench Storage Modules : Made from premium steel sheets of specified thickness, featuring drawers and shutters with shelves as required. Drawers and shutters come with high-quality locks and stainless steel handles. The sandwich construction with polyurethane packing and gaskets minimizes noise. Complete storage modules are finished with durable powder coating.

Reagent Racks : Made from premium steel sheets with two-tier shelves and a central service panel for electrical and utility connections. Finished with epoxy powder coating for long-lasting use.

Instrument Table

Instrument Tables are suitable for working with instruments in an instrument lab. The height of Instrument benches is 750mm (sitting height) and leg space is provided in between. Keyboard drawer and CPU shelves provide the facility to work with computerized instruments. Electrical trunking with approved make switch/sockets are provided optionally.

Sink Table

Sink Tables are suitable for laboratories and consist of an assembly of combination storage modules with shutters and shelves inside, with tops made of selected materials. The main feature is to facilitate the sink along with the water tap integrated into the workbench. Sink materials include S.S., Polypropylene, and Ceramic.

Tall Storage Cabinet

Tall storage cupboards are available with hinged glass doors or full metal hinged doors. Each cupboard comes with four adjustable shelves. The complete unit is finished with epoxy powder coating for durability and a professional look.

Anti Vibration Table

Anti-Vibration Tables are designed to absorb shocks and vibrations, providing a stable surface for working with sensitive instruments like balances.

2. Laminar Flow Cabinet

Laminar air flow can maintain a working area devoid of contaminants. Many medical and research laboratories require sterile working environments to carry out specialised work. Laminar Flow Cabinets provide the solution.

Why Laminar Flow Cabinets?

Laminar Flow Cabinets create particle-free working environments by projecting air through a filtration system and exhausting it across a work surface in a laminar or uni-directional air stream. They provide a clean air environment for various laboratory requirements.

Uses

Laminar Flow Cabinets are suitable for applications where an individual clean air environment is required for smaller items, e.g., particle-sensitive electronic devices. They are commonly used for specialised laboratory work and can be tailor-made for specific requirements, ideal for medical, pharmaceutical, electronic, and industrial labs.

Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets

Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets get their name from the direction of airflow, which comes from above and is processed horizontally across the work surface. The constant flow of filtered air provides material and product protection.

Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinets

Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinets function similarly to horizontal cabinets, but the laminar air is directed vertically downward onto the working area. Air exits via holes in the base, providing greater operator protection.

Cabinet Purpose

Laminar flow biological safety cabinets provide three basic types of protection:

• Personnel protection from harmful agents inside the cabinet.
• Product protection to avoid contamination of the work, experiment, or process.
• Environmental protection from contaminants contained within the cabinet.

5. Clean Room

Clean rooms are specially constructed, environmentally controlled enclosed spaces regarding airborne particulates, temperature, humidity, air pressure, airflow patterns, air motion, vibration, noise, viable (living) organisms, and lighting. Particulate control includes:

1. Particulate and microbial contamination
2. Particulate concentration and dispersion

“Federal Standard 209E” defines a clean room as a room where the concentration of airborne particles is controlled to specified limits.

“British Standard 5295” defines a clean room as a room with control of particulate contamination, constructed and used to minimize particle introduction, generation, and retention, with controlled temperature, humidity, airflow, and pressure.
